How does the 7-day free trial work?

You get full Pro access for 7 days — unlimited brokers, all features, no restrictions. Enter your email and payment method to start. You won't be charged until your trial ends.

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll be prompted to pick a plan. Choose Starter ($9.99/mo) if you only trade with one broker, or Pro ($14.99/mo) for unlimited brokers. Your recordings and settings are preserved either way.

Can I switch between Starter and Pro?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What is your refund policy?

If you're not happy, contact us within the first 14 days of a paid subscription and we'll refund you — no questions asked.

Is there an annual plan?

Not yet. We're considering annual pricing with a discount, but it's not available right now. Monthly only for the time being.

Do I need a different plan for each computer?

Accepted Answer

No. Your license works on one computer at a time. If you switch machines, just deactivate the old one and activate the new one.
